World Soccer Academy (WSA) Winnipeg is pleased to announce the approval by the Winnipeg Youth Soccer Association (WYSA) as Associate Members. WSA will begin to participate in WYSA’s youth leagues beginning in 2020.
The WSA Winnipeg has a long history in the training of youth soccer players, from grassroots to elite levels. Established in 2001, the Academy has provided world class soccer development for young players wanting to advance their soccer skills and knowledge of the game. WSA’s commitment to excellence and innovation in youth soccer was recently recognized by being acknowledged as Manitoba’s first Quality Soccer Provider designate. It now looks forward to a new era of providing soccer development training to youth in Manitoba with acceptance as an Associate Member of WYSA.
WSA Winnipeg would like to acknowledge the advice and assistance of several individuals and their organizations who have made it possible for WSA to take this big step forward. In particular, the CSA, MSA board and WYSA board for inspiring WSA Winnipeg to be confident and to never give up on its club dreams.
